Once you have placed an order, you also enter into a binding agreement. Once we have received your order, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock. In case we are unable to deliver the item, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel the order.

Once you have entered your shipping information and selected PayPal as the payment method, you will automatically be redirected to your PayPal account. We will handle your order immediately after we receive a confirmation that the purchase has been completed. Your registered PayPal address must match the desired shipping address.

When you purchase a product or service through our online shop, your credit card information and personal data are protected by SSL encryption technology, which also provides protection against unwelcome third parties.

We accept payment by wire transfer. For wire transfer, we will ship the goods on the day we receive the payment in our bank account, using the selected shipping method.

4. Product conditions
All products offered are used or refurbished products unless otherwise stated. All of our refurbished hardware products have been thoroughly reviewed, tested, cleaned and covered with a warranty that ensures that you can get money back when returning the goods. For further information, please refer to our terms of warranty and return terms.

5. VAT exemption
For companies that buy outside Denmark, we offer to sell the goods without VAT. Simply state your company's valid VAT ID / CVR number during the purchase process. VAT-free rates do not include service, payment or delivery costs. For further information and questions please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that purchased goods may be subject to country and area-specific import duties, customs duties and fees. These must be paid by the buyer upon delivery of the order. Inside Systems A / S cannot be held liable for any import charges and other country-specific charges on orders made at our online shop and recommends that all customers become aware of such local charges before the order is made.
7. Delivery (Shipping)
Provided the item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 0-1 business days. For faster delivery please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders receive an individual price for freight based on the weight and volume of the goods. The price is calculated automatically based on the goods in your basket. For special offers on larger orders (quantity, or physical size) please send us an email at email@example.com.
Larger items such as rack cabinets etc. will require an individual freight calculation.
Small packages are usually sent by DHL, TNT or FedEx. For larger shipments, another shipping company may be required.
Used batteries (if installed in the product sold) and tape drives are subject to a warranty of maximum 90 days from receipt, all other products are covered by a standard warranty of 1 year unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both 1 and 2-year extra warranty can be purchased on most products.
Should an error occur within the warranty period, you can request a replacement or return of the item by contacting us by telephone +45 72183360 or e-mail RMA@insidesystems.com. Please read our RMA / returning terms first.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us before returning the item. You can write to RMA@insidesystems.com. Please mention the order number and date, as well a description of the error along with any documentation if available, such as screenshots, error logs etc.
After we receive your request, you will receive an email with an RMA number and shipping instructions. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Inside Systems A/S reserves the right to reject your RMA if the product is returned after the 14-day period. The same applies if the item is shipped without an
RMA-number. Hereby the item will be rejected and returned to the buyers at their own expense.
The RMA-number must be clearly marked on the packaging. Upon approval of a complaint, we will send you a replacement (fully functional) part. If we are unable to deliver a replacement part, you will be informed accordingly, after which the payment will be refunded. Read more about our Return Policy.
Inside Systems A/S reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
If you have purchased software-licenses, services, specially manufactured goods or used batteries etc. you will not able to return these. If you have doubts whether or not your purchase is returnable, then call or write us at +45 72 18 33 60 / firstname.lastname@example.org.
All contracts shall be deemed to have been made in Denmark and shall be governed in all respect by Danish law and all disputes, differences or questions at any time arising between the parties as to the construction, validity and performance of the Contract, or as to any matters arising out of the Contract, or in any way connected with it shall be determined by the Danish Courts of law to whose jurisdiction IS and the Customer hereby submit.
The agreement is governed by Danish law.
For sales to foreign customers, any dispute shall be settled in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Danish jurisprudence at the Court "Sø- & Handelsretten" in Copenhagen.
Unless you have a written confirmation that the part you are purchasing is compatible with your current system or have an exact part number, you are responsible for this.
The written confirmation for compatibility or exact part number is only valid in cases where you have given us, Inside Systems, the correct information. If the incompatibility is due to reasons such as firmware, different iterations, or other factors - which you have not notified us about, Inside Systems take no responsibility for this.
If we confirm that we can supply a part with an exact part number, or a compatible part, the offer is only valid as long as the parts are in stock, but we will however notify you of any changes before shipping in case the part sells out.
